We would also like to make a start on testing the applicability of flow cell studies to real-time biologically-relevant ordered particle assembly of amphiphiles into cylindrical aggregates (and similar). Please note very restricted date availability (below) this time round. June 25 - July 14 is our strongly preferred time window! (We would take 4 days during this window, even over July 4 weekend, rather than 5 days outside this window.) equipment_required: Regular USAXS at 10.5 keV, or thereabouts. USAXS flow cell with interfacing to USAXS control system. experiment: USAXS Flow Cell Studies of nanoparticle precipitation, carbon nanotube dispersion quality, and bio-particle interactions foreign_nationals: N/A hazards: Use of lab with solvents etc. Within the envelope of previous flow cell experiments, except possibly for some of the biomaterials. If needed, we will seek clearances at NIST and Argonne as appropriate. instrument: 33ID-D USAXS instrument_other: minimumdays: 4 name: Andrew Allen nonmembers: Andrew Allen and Vince Hackley (NIST) Also:U.
